This series of small studies continues my interest in systems of abstract image production. Each drawing is a singular irregularity documenting tensions between control and chaos, choice and chance.
Gary Warner is an artist who works mainly in sound, drawing and digital media. He is the host and composer of the podcast ‘Sonic Sketchbooks’, a member of the improvisational modular synthesis trio CHORDATA and the video-sonic trio ochromosonico, a board member of the artist-run initiative DRAW Space, and teaches experimental drawing at the National Art School.
