I used to be a very private person, most likely because I did not know myself that well; then I discovered the internet. Now, without too much effort I can not only find new friends but be offered friendships and have decisions made for me that otherwise could not have happened. Things, such as things I want, but especially things I need that I didn’t even realise I needed. I am still a private person, it’s just harder now.

Artist profile

Through the pairing of unconventional methods with unrealised relationships I create convoluted contraptions that explore possibility, connectivity and multiplicity while questioning our reliance on technology and consumption.

My art practice is multimodal with sound, video, photography, printmaking and performance being the most common protagonists.
