Christine Boiry

Scientist, working on rate of growth of my country related to other countries, the print of geométry and rythm is strong in my work. I began to paint in the 70’ s as
an Abstract Expressionist and moved to geometric/non objective painting in the 20's looking for more reductive art.

With my work for Sydney, "Jump over the Void", I mixed my two practice : I express with géometric shapes and movement of coloured lines, how I went through difficult time : in society, with Covid for example, and in my personal life (surgery coming, soon the past).
