Jason Haufe

My first show at Factory 49 was a series of spray paintings. Although this work forms part of that series, I didn’t show it at the time. Most of the works I made from this series were on masonite, and framed. This work is different in both mood and space, as well as substrate and presentation than what was in that first exhibition. The Factory 49 tribute show is an opportunity to present a work that exposes the broader concern I had at that time than what the exhibition by itself suggests.
