'Why is the roller door left open?' marks out the life sized floor plan of the Factory 49 showroom across the actual project space of Articulate, hoping to reflect their common interest in asserting the 'here' more than the 'there' of place.

Artist profile

I like to make site-specific installations so that the energy and gravity of actual space are part of artwork vocabulary. I also hope that artwork that values the place in which it is located might inspire us all to do the same. See earlier attempts on https://margaretroberts.org/
