My art is process-based and mindful. "The Transcend" epitomises this immersive, meditative and repetitive state which absorbs me while I create art. The gentle gold knitted and woven wrap encapsulates inner peace, transcendence and calm. It encourages viewers to look beyond the material world to a place of balance, self-awareness and clarity - notions intrinsic to the human condition which exist deep within us all.

I am an emerging artist currently living and working on Wangal Land. My work is process-based and spans a variety of media including fibre-art, assemblage, print-making and painting. I create meditative works to counterbalance the superficiality and detachment we experience living in a frenetic modern world.
