Photographic print, 80.41x59.4cm, 2019/2025
This work happened during the process of clearing out work prints from previous projects. I had the idea to cut them up and make collages but realised that I was overthinking the composition when I had to decide where to glue down the pieces. So I just tossed some cut-outs onto a sheet of paper, arranged them in different ways and took photos of the variations. Then I raked up all the pieces and threw them away. For some time these images only lived in the digital world until I found them again and got this print done. So they did end up on another piece of paper again, but at least it's only one.
