Mellow Yellow 2024
My practice focuses on the concepts of abundance, excess and waste; and are reflections on the plastic I observe and collect on my slow walks to Sydney's iconic Bondi Beach and the nearby Rose Bay beach. The resulting bundles and garlands are reflections of the coastal place I live in.
This work was augmented by discarded plastics sourced from Reverse Garbage and Banish.
