This continues development of body of work related to exploration and notion of hybrid entities/objects & materials. The process of making in itself informs and becomes a part of the forming & "evolution" of these potential entities.
Being largely process driven, I am very open to (& push myself for) allowing & working with visceral, unexpected, uncertain, accidental, sometimes unpleasant & uncomfortable outcomes. A form of "Alchemy" perhaps.
The viewer is invited to observe themselves in presence of the work.

Artist profile

I have always had an interest in visceral, process focussed ways of working in my art practice. Sometimes my works are a hybrid of this approach and more formal, architectural ways of working. Often a mix of the earthy & the "esoteric". My works are generally reductive & minimalist and I utilise a range of materials, techniques & media as well as ways of presenting the work.
As I describe it "Whatever works to get the job done".
