Shows a merging of human feelings and emotions with the destruction of our forests. The tree reeling back at the point of impact with the logging machine. Pink is a social colour putting us in a good mood and bringing on conversation. The delicate hues frame the scene in a graphic contemporary way giving the tree an iconic status.
This will be part of a series featuring interesting trees with human likeness.

Vanessa Wright is a multidisciplinary artist and climate activist. Her work often translates information based around climate change and the natural world with the aim to increase social awareness, change public perceptions and invite positive reactions towards personal action.
